1Taking a long step – slide right back and drag left toes towards right

2&3Step left back, execute ½ turn right and then step right forward, execute another ½ turn right and then rock left back

4-5Recover weight onto right, execute ½ turn right as you sweep left around (end the sweep with left toes touched in front of right)

6-8Sweep left from front to back and then cross it behind right, unwind full turn left (weight ends on left), sweep right from back to front
